The Toilet Grab Bar came on time and needed a little assembly to get ready to mount. The product came in 8 parts plus mounting screws and plastic expansions for wall. The mounting flanges for the wall are fastened with a screw into the bar assembly with the cover plate slipped into place after anchoring to wall. The flanges are rotatable until securely tightened to get the best screw position on the wall. Once the position of the flange is known the screws for the mounting flanges need to be tightened to the bar securely. The vertical support to the floor is fastened to the main lower bar by way of a substantial screw. All in all the product should work great. Need to mount it at a friends home yet.

This thing is not worth installing. It is thin and cheep. It actually is staleness steel, however, it is so thin is will never hold a grown adult trying to grab it and not fall over.

The product seemed sturdy but two things really bothered me.1. In the photo, it appears to be one piece but the vertical post is actually held to the horizontal piece with one screw.2. It looks shiny in the picture but is actually a very dull matte finish that really would not be cosmetically appealing in our bath.I returned it for a refund. Thank you Amazon!

This is great for extra stability between tub sized shower and toilet in small bathroom. The 24" comes near 3/4 length of onlong toilet. We expect it to work well for help transferring for husband with a BKA. It came with 9 screws, but we added 3 extra for each connection point. very solid now.

Only 3 screws came with the package 9 are required to install, also one of the covers that hide the screws was missing. I will be returning the product because I didn’t receive all the parts I paid for & need to complete the installation.
