Love it!
This was a phone I bought myself for Christmas this past year and I have been loving it! Set up was great, transfer of data was pretty easy, and I adore the camera quality. It can do 100x zoom and it's so freaking cool! Battery life has been pretty good too.

I have been waiting for this phone upgraded from a52 5g, the s23 ultra was just beyond its time, It has great features for a renewed excellent condition it is very clean and 100% functional.

I dont think I would be able to tell the difference between this phone and a new one. Battery health seems okay, no visible scratches, flawless function.

Worst PoS that didn't remove AT&T BS ...
Would give this 0 if possible, but it does gain 1 because it does mostly work in a T-Mobile dense metro area. Either the refurbishing failed to remove all AT&T crapware, or Samsung was incompetent and allowed some hidden AT&T configuration. This was supposed to be identical as unlocked, to the T-Mobile refurbished unlocked that I bought for my wife. There are many places within the area bounded by LA along I-10 to El Paso, up I-25 to Cheyenne; Barstow along I-40 to Oklahoma City then I-44 to Saint Louis, following up through Toledo to Ypsilanti, back west along I-80 to San Francisco, and down I-5 to Barstow, through Yuma toTucson. Along the western edge of Nevada from Las Vegas to Reno, Flagstaff up through Central Utah to Idaho. Both phones show identical configuration, and icons, but this POS refuses to connect to data services when the other one will. Voice support appears to be identical. As far as I can tell, the only difference between the phones is the original vendor, which should have been erased during the unlocking refurbishing. I waited to report because early-on I thought it might have been build-out because the other one was inconsistent. For the last 4000 miles, the other one works and this one fails.

This phone has touch sensitivity problems with the bottom part of phone I have to slide up to tap on anything. Did not realize until I loaded everything on the phone and to return... I'd be without me phone for days and all of my stuff was removed from my old phone.

Got exactly what I expected
Got exactly what I expected. Perfect condition besides minor cosmetic scratches on the sides that are hidden completely by using a case.

Sound Quality is Fabulous!Battery life is very good!I love the on-screen fingerprint unlock feature.So far there are NO negatives. Samsung really makes winners!
