I like everything about this bag. It looks classy. The golden zippers are just the right amount of bling. The wheels are smooth. It is light weight and spacious. The only thing which could have been improved is the trolley handle. I don't find it sturdy enough. I have used this luggage only once, so too early to comment. Let's see how long that lasts. But overall, a nice addition to my luggage collection.

Product looked good, but the wheels moved in their own directions. Realised it only after we landed at our destination and struggled through the journey.These are big bags and wheels are incredibly important.

This luggage looks so expensive! It is very nice and the perfect size for a carry-on. It comes with a tote bag that has so many pockets and fits on top of the suitcase. It is very lightweight and rolls easily. Best luggage set I have every had!

It's very nice. Handle feels a bit wobbly, but it's fine. It's nice looking. I love the liner colours because they aren't black, which I find difficult to see into. Price is a bit high at times. I'd buy again at the price I paid even if it was a bit high.

Unfortunately, as much as I liked how this product looked, it turned out to not even hold out for one trip. The top handle is flimsy and I had to fix it quite a few times by putting it back in place. The tag broke off and it is completely unreliable without a handle to roll it around with. I have to return it as it is too much money not to, and I am terribly disappointed. So inconvenient.
