I used this grapeseed extract for about 8 months before a checkup and wow, I've never had such a good profile. Most of it, I'm sure, is from taking this extract. The only other thing I did was eat oatmeal on most weekday mornings. However, eating oatmeal in the morning did not do the job in the past. So I'm glad I gave this a try. Make sure you check contraindications with other supplements, though because in the beginning, they were giving me a terrible headache because I was taking them at the same time I was taking another supplement and once I switched things up, everything was great

Happy with product. Only been taking 2 weeks so too early to say about reducing blood pressure. Capsule is small and easy to swallow.
