Q: How many months can I keep/use these before having to buy new ones? I've had my briefs for a year but after 4 periods (months) been needing new ones.

I’ve had mine for over a year and they still do awesome!! I do keep getting new ones but they still hold up very well

They come in a one pack and a two pack and, as with most things, you can buy more than one pack at a time.
