Amazing
Phone was in near perfect condition when I received it. Completely unlocked so it was easy to just transfer everything from my old phone. As for the phone itself, it's a rad phone. However in my old age I'm realizing how much technology I don't need. This phone has so many cool features that I just don't know that I will ever use all of them. I would highly recommend this phone really to anyone, but more so to people that would appreciate everything it can do. The camera is amazing too.

Great phone, reliable delivery
There is always a doubt when you buy a renewed phone and I had my fingers crossed. Thankfully the delivery occurred without a hitch and the phone arrived in excellent condition.Really, the phone is as close to "new" as I can imagine. No scratches on the screen or body, and the setup and data transfer were easy and fast.After a few days, everything is going well.A great purchase experience!

Great phone, terrible seller
The phone itself is awesome and a great upgrade. However this seller's refurbished model is awful. The seller used a sharpie to hide the blemishes on the case. There is a part of the screen where the coating is scratched away, and as of today the unit will no longer charge using the USB port. Looking carefully, one can see the USB cord is actually misaligned and crooked, which I'm assuming is why it won't charge. In order to get a refund or replacement phone, I first have to send the broken one back, wait for it to be inspected, and then wait for the return to go through before I can even think of a replacement. That means I'll be out of a phone for at least a month. Thanks for nothing but a garbage phone and a headache!

S23 Ultra condition
The phone is incredible. The screen is amazing. The whole build quality is great. Battery size dang, screen time dang, and the processor dang. The Samsung S23 Ultra is a banger of a phone. Pen game is on point as well. AI is still cooking but works well. Great phone for anyone.

Zero issues setting up service and it works like New
I was initially worried about buying a phone refurbished. Not knowing if i would have any problems connecting to my service provider ( Metro PCS). Or if it would even work more than the first few days. After months of continuous use, I'm glad to say that I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. The phone still works and feels brand new. Fully charges within an hour twenty minutes and lasts me more than a full day of use. Definitely everything I was hoping for, and then some. Thank you

Responsible Seller
First, how I came to purchase this S23 Ultra 5G that I LOVE!I message this seller with my concerns such as model number, OEM Displays, etc, and I was assured that this phone met all of the specification that I had issues with a previous seller (explained below.) After ordering, the phone came in quickly. In fact, I ordered the case the same day and it beat the case in by 2 days. After setting up the phone, using it, and running it through diagnostics, I LOVE IT! The phone is super fast, the cameras are amazing and everything about it looks awesome! The response time to my touch is near instantaneous. If you are in the market for a Samsung Galaxy, you can trust this vendor to not take advantage of you and send you exactly what they are advertising! Thank you!Now : Why I ended up going with this S23 Ultra, just so anyone in the market is careful!I was recently in the market for an upgrade to my S20 Ultra 5G. I was going with an S22 Ultra 5G unlocked off of Amazon and when the phone came in, everything about it raised red flags. The screen had a thick rounder border around the display the cut off text, the benchmark tests were half of what they should be, Samsung Members would not log in without errors and the *#0*# menu was missing some key items. I contacted that seller and they replaced it with the same thing. Same issue, even the model was wrong.It would not even do any software updates ( last one was Aug 2024). Finally, I just got a refund and did some research. I am glad I did!
