Maybe it’s because I live in an area that isn’t sunny all the time, but I have tried charging them in the little bit of sun we do get and they have never worked, not even a little bit. Wish I had accepted that they were trash and gotten a refund but I was persistent in trying beyond the 30 day return window. Do not recommend.

When I got these I thought they were cute and got for the lights but they died and stopped working after just 1 week! And the bug zapper, that was totally pointless. Not strong enough to even stun them, let alone kill them.

I initially tried this where it only got maybe 5 hours of sunlight and nope. I've since moved it where it gets sunlight all day and now it seems to be doing something. I don't know for certain yet. At least it lights up. How long it lasts, I don't know.For now, it's super easy to install. I decided to install without the extra carabineer. Stakes went into the ground easy and the whole thing has held up in some 35+ winds.I'm going to do further testing and update this review at that point. I'll check for dead insects and report back.

Firstly these are much lower to the ground than I thought they would be I wish it was a little taller, however that doesn't take away from how incredibly awesome these are. Secondly, the solar panels really work and they are on for majority of the night. They are perfect for late night outdoor BBQs/Cookouts. I honestly keep the killer mode on majority of the time because I have other outdoor solar lights. Although the brightness of the lights are actually really good. These are a cheap plastic and the entire thing feels super cheap but they are really holding up. I am seeing plenty of dead bugs there that I will eventually have to clean but I am really enjoying them so far. They are perfect for areas where water collects most often to fend off mosquitos.

Don’t waste your money . There cheaply made and barely work . They need to charge up a good couple of days but what else can you expect from solar bug zappers lol

They are not working . The solar mighty nvwr worked . I was wanting to return it but because of my work schedule I never had a chance to do it . Waste of money !

These solar outdoor bug killers have two settings, one for killing bugs and one for the light only. The light on the killing setting is more of a dim glow. You cannot see the light from over five feet away and I have to wonder if it attracts any insect to kill. It does however work. I have had them set out for about a month and have seen the dead insects stuck to the metal grate inside the light. A quick blast with a leaf blower cleans them well. I don’t think they have a very large coverage area, but they do seem to work. The light only setting gives off a nice soft light, but not near enough to illuminate anything, only to let you know it is there. I wish there was a way to turn the brighter setting on with the killing function.

Low quality material. Rusted and stopped working in under a week.
