20 Black & White Medium

I'm a fan of tooli-art paint pens I own almost all of the different sets I love the hachette heroes color by number books and enjoy using acrylic paint and paint pens in the books because they are double sided and I don't enjoy the way water based markers color and I enjoy colored pencils but they are not my favorite for these types of books which is why I started using acrylic paint plus it just brings the pictures to life and covers all the numbers and lines the pictures look so nice when finished I've had trouble with other paint pens they clog or put out too much paint in all honesty I've never tried posca one I think they are way to expensive and they don't have that many colors where as I have over 200 colors with my tooli art pens such a variety in colors the price is very reasonable I bought this set because I do use black a lot and I find there white pen decent if I can give a tip buy the fine tip I bought all the colored sets like yellows reds ect in the medium tip and they work fine but they tend to tear the paper where the fine tips do not do that and lay the paint down much nicer I'm actually going to switch all my medium tip sets to the fine tips but it's nice with this set you get both tips I can't recommend tooli art paint pens enough they really have made a terrific product.

I needed a marker that was going to provide a clean and smooth line. These markers have exceeded my expectations and they are used daily with all of my art projects. I’ve had quite a few markers in my lifetime and hate when they bleed out from the tip when not used. This is something that hasn’t happened with these. First purchase I had of these I only bought a few. Another point to make is that they don’t dry out. Once I tried them out and saw the quality and durability of them, I purchased a larger pack.

Very happy with the black and white markers- write smoothly without leaking like other brands I’ve tried. Just clean tips off with damp rag or paper towel when through and replace cap. Good to go every time! I will buy these again and it’s a fair price as well.

I have added the entire collection to my wishlist. As a content creator who streams art and craft projects these are hands down the best pens out of all the brands I ordered. As I get new colors from this brand others will be phased out and replaced. The colors are perfect and cover so easily and even.

To the art, black and white acrylic paint markers are perfect for highlighting specially, the white lights on smoothly. It goes a long way even the black. I would highly recommend this for anyone who likes to color and coloring books. It holds up well probably also for rocks, painting, canvas, and mugs..

I actually bought these to use in several mediums, and from the tests and couple of pieces I’ve done so far I’m really happy with these On paper, these are pretty good. I tested these on a few pieces of scratch paper and I got some pretty good results. Make sure your paper is thicker, like a watercolor or marker paper and be aware the ink is not always consistent. It’s easy to use, doesn’t seem to have any issues with smudging (I have not tried it with copics or Prismacolor yet). Looks really good for lines on painted pieces. Honestly the sheerness and color is really good. I would describe it as an actual black. It doesn’t look purple like a lot of inks do when dry. For paper, I would honestly say these are some of my favorites and I wish there were more (smaller) sizes. So using these on glass. They go on pretty smooth and they do cover really well. But they can smudge/rub off really bad. I tried micron and other inks before this and I can honestly say that these rub off worse. (If you can let it sit, it doesn’t come off as bad. Just be sure not to touch the ink and you’re good) But if you need to add a second coat, the marker will take the ink off. Which is a bit frustrating, but you can fix that if you push more ink out. Be aware that if you do, it comes out fast. Now one thing that bothered me here is the *sizes*. I only used the smaller size, and that was honestly surprisingly thick. It doesn’t allow for a lot of detail. Moreso because the nibs wear out so quickly. So a decent point will very quickly become deformed. For me, I do art of all mediums and I love creating different textures, so this is something I can use. But an additional bonus if this is something that would bother you: there are replacement nibs included For the value, I think these markers are pretty great. They are easy to use and they go on smooth. Honestly they work on just about anything, which is great. But don’t go in expecting a set of markers that you can use to get in a lot of little details
