The cartridges will not work on my HP 8010 series printer. My printer will not accept them. Read the carteidge instructions and tried their way, still would not work. They said to contact. their Customer Care people, but they do not put their name or a way to contact. them. Very disappointed.

Buying ink always seems like a scam. You can never tell how much ink is in the cartridge and it is SO expensive, especially when the printers are pretty cheap. But there are a lot of warnings from the companies that make not seem like you can only use their ink. Well after another price hike in name brand ink, I decided to give this product a try.First, they are clear plastic. You can literally see the ink. Not only is this cool, but you can see it is full! Next, these are A LOT heavier than the new name brand ones. Like noticably heavier.When I put them into the printer there were a series of warning about how it wasn't genuine ink and it would not work correctly. Well I can tell you that after two weeks it is still printing fine with zero issues.This product is amazing and I will never buy "genuine" ink again. Save money and get a superior product. It's a no brainer.

When I attempted to install, each cartridge leaked ink profusely. Made a mess all over my hands, desk and the inside of the printer. The first few prints were messy but it calmed down by the 3rd or 4th print. The prints after that were ok. If you purchase from this company be prepared for a messy installation.Update: A month after the purchase I received an email from the seller apologizing for the defective product. They claim there was an accident during transportation that may have damaged it. They sent me a replacement. I appreciate their effort to make it right and upgraded my review accordingly. The replacement installed properly and works well.

HP Smart mobile app and the printer is telling me they are rejected ink cartridges.Now I need to waste my time and send these all back. I should bill you for three hours of my used time having to go drop off the defective ink to be shipped back.Very unprofessional and terrible for your customer.

I had indicated in previous review that product did not work--so returned it. Update: They issued me a prompt refund which I had not noticed so I contacted them. They were extremely courteous and prompt in getting back to me, letting me know about the refund they had sent a few months earlier but to feel free to contact them in case there were any problems. I checked and indeed they had sent it. Anyway, the product is an excellent price and is worth a try, giving the crazy prices charged by HP. Importantly, you are dealing with a reputable and conscientious company that will respond to any questions or concerns promptly so you can shop with them in confidence.
