These were used for a custom closet assembly. They are study, shine nicely, and have a flawless finish. I saw a previous reviewer state that it is simple to cut these to size. Simple yes, easy no. I have a Dremel and an industrial hand held cut off wheel, either of these will do. However, do not expect to simply hack through these by hand in a matter of minutes. Once cut to the size you need, these are very elegant and durable.

After many years and many thousands in purchases, one product which I purchased three other times did not arrive complete. Between Amazon’s customer service and the vendor’s, they rectified the logistical problem, shipped the product, and delivered it better than any other retailer. The product is solid and very well manufactured.

The product once installed correctly does the job great. But since the brackets have prongs, you have to pre-drill 2 holes before screwing in. This caused some headache because there was no template and it can cause an uneven bar. But it looks great.

These are high quality and look opulent. And they are no more expensive than plastic or aluminum generic rods. Why not get the best - especially when you don't have to pay extra.

I’m very pleased with the product it’s sturdy easy to install end of high-quality product. However they only sent three sets of supports and missing two sets of supports and can’t finish the install. I wrote to Amazon about two weeks ago saying I didn’t want to make a return I simply wanted the missing parts I have yet to hear from them. It is my hope that someone will notice a one star review and finally contacted me about sending out the missing parts at that time I will change my review to five stars.
