Amazing Paddle for the Money - Better than Several Expensive Paddles that I've Tried
I started my pickleball journey with this paddle. It was my first purchase for the very first league that I joined. I liked it right out of the package. It's lightweight, very balanced, and has a grip that is nice and soft and in the proper (longer) length to fit the average sized hand. After a playing in a couple of consecutive leagues I realized that there really wasn't anything that I didn't like about the paddle, but since I was learning and starting to play at a pretty high level I felt the urge to try something more expensive. My next purchase was a Joola Ben Johns Perseus paddle for around $180.00. This paddle was a huge disappointment. It wasn't as balanced (top heavy), the grip was hard and felt odd at the bottom, and it didn't have near the pop that this paddle has. I ended up sending it back. My next purchase was a Gearbox Pro Power paddle at $279.99. I couldn't believe I spent this much on a paddle, but I really wanted something top tier with a lot of pop. After playing with the Gearbox Pro for a bit I realized that it really isn't any better than the XSPAK paddle. The pop is about the same. The Gearbox feels slightly heavier and slightly more top heavy, although it's more balanced than the Joola. The grips on these two paddles feel pretty much identical. The other thing that I noticed is that the Gearbox has a slight dip on the surface, meaning it's slightly wavy on the main face of the paddle. I'm probably going to have to email them and potentially send it back. The bottom line is that if you're looking to get into pickleball, then this is probably one of the best starter paddles out there. In fact, based on the paddles I've tried I'd consider it a great choice for advanced players as well.

Simply the best performing paddle at this price!
I play pickleball twice a week and am a 3.5 rated player. I play with a name brand paddle that cost ~ $200. I ordered this XSPAK paddle based on all the positive reviews, because it has the exact same specs as my current paddle, and it was discounted down to $50 (they are giving this paddle away!). I am blown away by how well this paddle performs. It has great power for speed ups, incredible spin for serves and ground strokes, and soft feel for dinks. It has an extended grip (5.5”) and quality anti slip wrap. I can honestly say that this paddle has improved my game. It has replaced my name brand paddle. Don’t walk but run to get yourself one of these XSPAK paddles before they are all gone (at the current discounted price). You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Value Paddle 19mm thickness - Clone of Diadem Warrior
5 Star for value if you can get this paddle for around $30. In terms of performance 3.5, it performs well and I do like the quality and the free paddle cover. In comparison, I play regularly with the Diadem Warrior (19mm thickness) and the Engage Pursuit MX 6.0 (16mm thickness), both are upper end paddle $150+. The XSPAK is actually a tech clone of the Diadem Warrior (19mm, 8.5 oz, same size) which lead me to buy and use as a share inexpensive paddle. The initial XSPAK impression is good, very playable, but not as precise as the Diadem. The XSPAK have a different sound due to the core construction and less of a sweet spot in my opinion vs the Diadem and the Engage. The weight and thickness are OK for me since I am used to the Diadem, but it is a valid consideration for your play style. Also, there was less spin which surprised me. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I strongly recommend this paddle for the beginner or a player that like to upgrade from a starter paddle.

Great control paddle, tremendous value!
I bought this paddle because I've been wanting to try a standard shape and this is a very cost effective way to do it. It's not thermoformed, so this plays very soft. Don't try to hit huge drives with it, the power is not there to support that style of play. It makes up for it with control to spare and the light weight and (apparently) low swing weight makes for a fast paddle at the kitchen line. It took me some time to adjust to this, but once I did I had an absolute blast playing with the XSPAK. It has a nice, tacky standard grip, and the paddle cover is a bonus. While I would like the grip to be a bit longer, keeping it short helps keep the weight down. Considering that I paid $55 after using several discounts, I call this paddle an absolute steal of a deal. Highly recommended!

Love the paddle
This paddle is awesome. To be honest, this is the first Pickleball paddle that I have owned. I am new to the game, but I am an above average tennis player. The sweet spot on this paddle seems to cover almost the whole paddle. It didn’t matter where I hit it, it got great pop.. I don’t know what the possible difference could be between this paddle and more expensive ones. I can only guess that it would be better control and power. But this paddle seemed to do the trick. For a lot less money.I certainly held my own against the advanced players.own against the advanced players. It certainly is a great beginners paddle and seems to hold its own against other more expensive ones

Unexpectedly awesome! This paddle is well balanced. Writing this review after a week of use. The pop is just perfect and it's got a nice overall sweet spot. I have been playing in Singapore for the last 2 months among various groups. It has already taken my game 2 notches higher up easily. Don't mind the marks on the Paddle in my pic. I need to buy an eraser for the same. All Paddles get dirty 😊
