Calorie burn calculator seems accurate, but it never shows my texts. I would love to give it 5 stars, but that's s big defect in my opinion.

Good fitness tracker, works well, however it has some flaws. Firstly you can't beat the price, really cheap compared to other well known brands who charge a small fortune for the same functions. This device uses its own app on your phone, it can also link with Google Fit to import data, but it only imports heart rate and weight, it will not import any sleeping data. The weight is a static set variable, so that's not really useful to import (you can't configure what it imports).My device seemed to loose alarm settings and workout options on a reboot, so that's something to watch out for. The alarm vibration isn't really enough to wake me up, so I may need to set a few. Having said that though, everything is claims to do it does. Tracks sleep, heart rate, monitors lots of different activities, battery lasts a long time as well, 1 charge, still going 4 days later (70%).Oh and about the battery, the device would not charge in my computer's USB port (works with charging phones), I had to plug the device in to my powerbank charger, it has a light that comes on when charging, so if it doesn't, then it's not charging. Did not take long to charge though, I think maybe an hour or so - I wasn't keeping very close track on it.So I do recommend this overall, very little minor issues, but overall it's a great device.

The functions that the fitness tracker gives are much more that the price I paid. It’s 8 different modes of fitness and I used it for running and treadmill and it works perfectly fine and I’m really satisfied. The heart rate monitor can be taken anytime we want. The sms and call notification through vibration is awesome. It can be kept at ‘do not disturb’ mode at night so it doesn’t disturb while at sleep. It monitors our sleep, alerts when sat for a long time, can remotely take photos, and lots and lots function compact into a wrist watch.

I would get fitness watch with good functions at a cheaper price. So I did my research and found this holyhigh smart fitness band.It is normal size, FAST charging, Long lasting battery backup,Track Heart Rate so Its is perfect for Blood pressure patients, Fairly accurate pedometer.So I think this band is perfect for everyone.

I ordered this for myself because I was about to start working out. there is everything I need for fitness. The product is marvelous little thing that works so good that it can track heart rate, steps taken, SMS and SNS Remind, Sedentary Remind, Remote camera shooting, alarm clock, etc. Built-in USB plug makes it even easier to charge. It also got quite a few different modes, walking, running and biking and so on which meets all sorts of needs. All in all, I give it a 5-stars!

I haven't had much time to troubleshoot, but I am unable to turn the tracker on. I don't know whether te item is faulty or whether I am using it incorrectly. I will report back when I have more time to explore the problem.

Fine for when resting heart rate but as soon as you start really get going the heart rate under reads by quite a lot which then throws your whole work out record, cannot do the one thing it’s made to do which is track your progress.
