This product is terrible, and the quality of the item is very poor with rough bits of plastic still on the body of the swab. It's clearly so cheaply made, the one sent to me was even dented. The spiral buds themselves barely click into place properly, they don't lock in so they easily come off whilst in use, and they are not effective at removing wax!

A total waste of money .No instructions & absolutely useless. Never again.

Poorly built but god damm did it get some wax out my ear has been feeling blocked for like 2 weeks went in there a good couple times and removed alot of wax ears feel unclogged.

Terrible. It looks cheap and doesn't work at all. I can get great quality ones for cheaper.
