Sturdy piece of equipment!
Won't flip. Very sturdy for calf raises. Just what my home gym needed to focus on calf muscles.

Simple but effective!
Works great so far! Gives me a great stretch and full range of motion. I use it with a chain belt to add weight. I’ve seen new growth in my calves!

Grip tape slides
Sturdy and good height for doing calf raises but I've noticed the grip tape slipping so you have to alternate sides to keep it centered.

This Calf raise bar is sturdy and well built, with nice rubber grips on the bottom to minimize slipping. Also has textured surface for your shoes to grip. Will be able to handle heavy weight load. Glad I bought it!
