I got the chocolate melted ! And I cannot use it .. it’s just wastage

I have known about this Exquisite Chocolate for many years. I use it in all my Homemade Chocolate Cakes and Cookies. My 1st order I received the wrong Chocolate and couldn’t use it in my recipe. I posted it on the Seller’s Review. Then ordered directly from Valrhona. The same day I received my order from Valrhona I received the correct order from the Seller. I tried to find a Link to the Seller to update but couldn’t find it. Thank you for correcting my Order. I think it was Sur La Table. Now I can make my Sticky Toffee Cookies for the Thanksgiving Dessert Table.😄😄😄

We discovered this flavor in France while visiting the Valrhona chocolate museum. Sort of like browned butter, slightly caramelized. Soooooo yummy!

I bought the Valrhona blond chocolate in hopes of making a candy bar similar to the Hershey Gold bars that used to be around. They were described as a "caramelized creme" with pretzels and peanuts. They were my friend's favortie candy bar, so for Christmas, I thouht I'd try to make them for her. Before ordering, I asked what the blond chocolate tasted like and a few people said it just tasted like regular white chocolate. I guess everyone's taste buds are different because it definitely does not taste like regular white chocolate to me. It's slightly salty (which works perfectly for the bars I made) and had notes of caramel for sure. I had also ordered caramel flavored chips to melt into the blond and give it more caramel flavor so the bars wouldn't be too salty from the peanuts and pretzels. I am 100% happy with this product and will definitely be ordering again. Next time, either a second bag or bigger bag because I only got about 5 bars out of the small bag, I believe it was 13oz. I'm so happy I can make my own Gold bars now! Thank you Valhrona!
