I bought this for my uncle when he'd had a hospital stay and was struggling with mobility. He usually uses a stick, but he felt unstable and lacked confidence to go outside. This walking aid allowed him to go into town and he found it easy to use and nice and sturdy. He's able to walk with just a stick now but feels comfortable knowing it is there if he needs it in future. Would recommend.

Light but really well manufactured super finish delighted with such an affordable price too.

First the good - it looked at first to be just what I was expecting, seemed solid enough. Next the not so good - putting it together should have been really easy but I noticed that the carrier bag was already in place, clipped to the frame, but the wrong way round so I'm guessing that what I received wasn't exactly brand new. Maybe brand new and returned but whatever, the bag wasn't separate. Next it came to fitting the handles and the attachment wheels were missing. Previous reviews have mentioned this so why it's still happening I don't know. I tried calling the number for NRS on the instruction booklet but it went straight to answer machine so I emailed their Customer Service and got a reply to the effect that as I'd bought it from Amazon it wasn't their problem and I had to go back to Amazon. So I have, it's been returned as parts missing and I won't be ordering another.

Arrived with missing bolts. Luckily I had some to put it together. Unfortunately it means that they can’t be removed by hand to lower / raise the handles. Also the packaging was destroyed by the delivery man, wet from being left in a puddle outside my house. And the packaging stinks of urine. Had to wash the walker before building it.

First off very poorly packed, the box was half open with holes on two sides. The product was in good condition except that the wing nuts are missing I am guessing fallen out of holes in the box, as I desperately need this appliance we have patched it up so I can use it. Obviously I would like the wing nuts please. This is my second one of these they are extremely good.

The product is very good. My mistake was to buy one from Amazon Warehouse. It seemed to be a good buy saving £15 on the new price as it was said to have some minor scratches. It arrived very well repackaged and well protected with cardboard and plastic sleeves over the frames. The handles and brake levers were separate but protected and attached to the main frame by strong plastic ties. It looked to be in very good condition and I was impressed. However on unwrapping and assembling I discovered the plastic capping to the frame tubes, where the handles were to be inserted, were missing. Also missing were the hook units for the optional basket. There had been no mention of these missing parts in Amazon's description. I needed this unit for immediate use and have not taken the option of giving myself the chore of repackaging and returning to Amazon as the missing bits are largely cosmetic and do not affect its use. But a salutary lesson for NOT buying via Amazon Warehouse.
