They are OK, but I personally didn't see much change in shade, not that strong and I left them on longer as stated

Product does what it says
I find the strips work very well to brighten teeth. They lift coffee stain very well and over time my teeth go a good few shades whiter. Definitely a good purchase and worth the price.

Works well, the effect is visible for months. Use 2-3 days before needed as there are white spots immediately after.

No peroxide, no whitening, sticky residue.
I tried the 'instant white' strips for 50 minutes. Application was easy. They stick very well. A bit difficult to remove and left a sticky residue. Using the enclosed tooth colour gauge, there was no difference at all between the before and after. I note that they recommend brushing your teeth after - you'd have to if you want to remove the residue. I also brushed my teeth before and wonder if people are simply not noticing that any whitening is due to brushing, not the strips? The description says the active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide. This is not listed on any of the packaging as an ingredient. The ingredients listed on the instant white and the gentle white are identical.
