This machine is performing up to my expectations. The processor has fast speed with good battery life. The size and weight is unbelievable great. Definitely a good valve for the money.

HORRIBLE Battery
The laptop itself runs beautifully, but it will randomly crash and go to the blue screen of death even at full battery. Then, you turn it on, and it says your battery is critically low. It even does it when plugged in. I was very excited to have found a laptop with all of these specifications for my senior year of high school and college, and am disappointed in what I received.

I love this laptop; it is fast and reliable. I have one at work, so I know how good it is, that's why I ordered one for my home use. The laptop arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, upon open the box, I found that the power cord was missing! I contacted LAPRO asking for the missing part and got response almost immediately. LAPRO send me the power cord right way and I got it at my door the next day! What an excellent support! Other than that, the laptop looks like new and runs like new as well :) Exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. It serves my purpose. I definitely will buy from LAPRO again. ❤️ 100% recommended!

The laptop came in wrapped in tape to hide the physical damage the keyboard buttons stick the battery charger don’t work and it was supposed to be Exellent condition stay clear I got a full refund but I’ll spend 100 dollars more and get a new laptop instead
