Poor top design.
As far as keeping coffee hot, it does a nice job, but the lid design is very poor in my opinion. Every time you open the top to take a sip, the rubber/silicon stopper is covered with coffee or steam from whatever hot drink you have. Unless you carry around a napkin to wipe it off, you end up with a wet nose and have to wipe that off! The other issue is that the top is only sealed with a large rubber ring. That might be fine sitting at a desk, but if you want to put this in the outside of you backpack, you'd better not bump into anything or the top will pop right off and you'll be covered in your favorite beverage! A top that screwed on with a slide that allowed you to take a sip would make this a 5-star mug.

These are seriously the best mugs ever
These are seriously the best mugs ever. I never have cold coffee anymore thanks to these!! They keep our drinks hot for hours. They work so good. If you put your drink in piping hot, close the lid, and expect it to cool down in 20 minutes like most mugs do, then you’re in for a toasty surprise. These do NOT lose heat for literally hours. Make sure you do a little temp check before drinking. I usually pour my coffee in and let it sit without the lid for a little bit until it’s perfect temp and then cover so it holds that temp for hours. These are a win!

Choose another brand
Disappointing for three reasons: 1) Design flaw so snap-top doesn't fit neatly over rim when opened as is the norm for such devices but rather stays partway up, hitting certain people (like me) squarely in the nose as I lift the cup up to drink; 2) a bit too fat in girth to fit easily into some auto cup-holders (like mine); and 3) most important, just not a very good thermos - coffee cooled to tepid in less an hour in closed sealed mug

Like the quality of construction and the fact that it keeps liquids hotter longer. DISLIKE the design of the lid! Once you tip the mug to near horizontal or higher, the hinged portion of the lid hits you right in the nose!! You cannot tip the mug far enough to empty it. It should have been easy enough to locate the hinged part so that it would snap open over the rim of the mug and stay in place there without flipping around. This seems to be such an obvious design flaw. Also, when I attempted to "Insert product link," got message product could not be found. So please forward this review on to Lekeye!! Thank you.

Honestly it was better than I expected it to be when I got it. I have been using large ceramic travel mugs because you can wash them in the dishwasher. I saw this was dishwasher safe and decided to give it a try after one of my ceramic mugs broke. It's easy to clean and keeps my coffee hot for a LONG time. I would purchase this again.

What a waste. Order something else
I ordered two of these hunks of junk. They worked well for a month (perfectly timed with the return window closing) and then both started falling apart at the same time. The exterior “paint” started coming off in the dishwasher and onto my hands. I’m going to need to toss them now and can’t return. What a waste. Order something else.
