This was the second set of poultry feeders I have ordered, simply because they make my life so much simpler. Getting it put together took 5 minutes with the drill bit that was included to make the holes for each spout. I used a large plastic trash can, and am able to fit 3-50 pound sacks of feed in each can. Even with over 100 chickens, I only have to refill the feeder once week or so. I highly recommend this product, as it is very easy to install and is a very efficient feeding system.

This kit is amazing. All we had to have was a 5 gallon bucket (you can use any type of container you want, even a large garbage can) and a drill. The hole saw works great and once the holes were drilled it was incredibly easy to install the covers for the holes. Everything can be screwed together by hand and that was that! All I did afterwards is fill it with chicken feed and we're set. This is excellent compared to the standard feeders you can buy because it's so much bigger and holds so much more so we will not have to refill it nearly as often.

I love the fact the feed is not wasted so much as before BUT I have a rooster with a large comb and he will not fit therefore will not feed in this feeder. I had to add an additional open feeder for him.

These are great for making chicken feeders! A fraction of the price as to what they sell at Tractor Supply, and I believe the hole saw on this product to be better quality than the $30 pack I got from TS. You won't be disappointed.
