Tastes great so I always remember to take it everyday.

This has the same ingredients at a higher potency than many of the "name brand" AREDS vitamins at about a third of the price. Have been taking these for years (used to take very similar formula from another company but that was discontinued). My retinologist (had to have my retina lasered some years ago) was very surprised at how much my eye had cleared up after a year on these (at least I attribute it to these; I take nothing else for the eyes). Great supplement.

I am very resistant to medications, including herbal formulas, but for some reason this worked like magic. Usually, when I take any medication nothing happens,even when I double or triple the does, including pain meds after a surgery. Lately, I have been having a lot of eye strain, and it was becoming problematic. The new glasses with blue blocker, and the same for my iPad didn’t make a difference, but these helped after taking the first one. I take one a day, and the eye strain is 99% better. I am beyond thrilled and in awe that something actually worked. Yes, everyone’s body chemistry is different, so different results, but for me this is nothing short of a miracle.

I"ll never know what they could do for my eyes because although I wanted to love these, each time I tried them (yes, I didn't believe it at first, so tried it 2 more times-duh!) I got horrid diarrhea and cramping that lasted for 2 days. Finally had to throw them away. Amended review....I have increased the stars of my rating because although I was unable to take these, the seller was more than fair and offered a refund. I would recommend this product for others to try because it appears to be a well-thought out formula.

There's nothing I didn't like or dislike

I have a very strong stomach and am not sensitive to most medicines or supplements giving me nausea, but this gave me a horrible nausea, headache, cold chills and fever on only day 2 of taking it. I’ve had a bad bout with food poisoning before and this was very close to that experience. I was really looking forward to the benefits because of many of the reviews but for whatever reason it didn’t agree with me at all.
