had to get new clips as the original plastic ones broke - these are much better. When first fixing and squeezing in the bulb there is a moment when it feels like the whole tube will shatter into a million pieces covering you in glass, HOWEVER this does not happen and I'm sure all electricians also first felt this on the initial fitting of fluorescent tubes. Great product.

Purchased to replace the Plastic clips that I normally use that get can get brittle over time and break. Great replacements but no fixing screws included, and the hole sizes are smaller than the plastic so will need to be opened out. That's the negative, the positive is that these will last for significantly longer than the plastic, so long as they do not rust especially in a Marine environment, but time will tell

They did what they were supposed to do, i.e. safely hold my T8 LED tube in place. I had previously purchased a pair of Arcadia plastic lamp clips but one of them just broke after a couple of days use. Therefore I went for the metal clips and they are great.
