Q: Can’t get the flashing lights to turn off. I’ve replaced batteries, repeated the steps over and over, turning the remote off / on?

Mine kept doing that when all the wings weren’t opened fully. That’s all I can tell you honesty 💯

Wry good question! My guess is that you need an app that allows you to record your screen while playing the videos. Photos can just be screenshotted.
