This thing isnt that great. The pillow itself isnt exactly the most comfortable thing and you can hear the inside air bags or whatever device they use rather loudly at times. The app also is not exactly intuitive or helpful.

Loved this pillow! It is comfortable and easy to set-up and use. I ordered this to help with my snoring issue that was keeping my husband up at night. The machine connects to an app to detect your snoring and the intensity of the snoring and adjusts the pillow to help with it. The app is easy to install and is very easy to use and understand. It gave me insight into my sleep habits.Most Importantly since I have been using this pillow my husband has noticed my snoring has been less, and less intense which gives him a better night's sleep and allows me to have a more restful sleep. I highly recommend giving this pillow a try!

I've had sleep issues for year...so when I saw this pillow I had high hopes that it would be effective for my problem...but its honestly not very comfortable because its kind of hard and not very forgiving....you can feel the mechanism inside the pillow when you lay on it...the app is a little.difficult to use and understand as well....and when I did finally get it set up right and shut the pillow off I had to go through the entire set up again each time I turned it on...and also every time I turned it on I had to reconnect it to the WiFi each time... While using it I put it on massage and I could hear noise.coming from and pillow and could feel.very slight raises and falls from the airbags but it was barely noticable...and as far as a sleep aid it was not effective at all...my wife said it did not stop or prevent my snoring in any way and I didn't feel any benefit either as it still had difficulty sleeping at all while using the pillow and gave up on it after 4 nights
