Works as promised. I did not notice any centering issues. My scope has already been bore sighted by laser and by eye, then by firing the rifle. So, I compensate for the windage elevation because it is a little different when firing a live round and firing a laser cartridge. I experimented with spinning the laser around in the barrel to make sure my shots were always in the same place, and they were. Once I figured that out I just compensated my shots using the cross hairs. I did not touch windage or elevation. I do wish it came with extra batteries though, but other than that, I can't see anything wrong with the product. It is easy to use, it fits perfectly in my 308 barrel and it always fires when I pull the trigger, and sometimes when I'm lifting the bolt to cock the firing pin. I do have one caution if you're using snap caps. My rifle firing pin resets by lifting the bolt. After about 10 shots the bolt started to seize. This was because I never ejected the snap cap, and it bound up in the chamber. I poured some gun oil down the barrel and let it set for a few minutes then I was able to eject the snap cap. I don't know if this just happens with the blue snap caps or all of them, but since a center fire gun isn't going to contact the chamber when it's dry fired, I elected not to use snap caps and that did not effect the performance of the laser.

After laser was not shooting consistently, I then realized it was sitting loose since my muzzle brake has a bigger diameter opening than my barrel. The muzzle brake has a diameter of .341” when the barrel should be right around .307-8”. I checked the laser with another .30 caliber rifle without a muzzle device, it hit dead on. I didn’t see that they had .338cal, so I decided to check if they do make custom or have some in other sizes that they don’t mass produce. I emailed their customer support and within 1 day they already shipped a .338cal laser system out to me. If you want this training aid and they don’t have it in a caliber you need, just reach out to them.
