Q: Does it spoil? I want to leave the food in the tank and not have to worry about it going bad if he doesn't eat it right away.

This is basically dry cat food. You have to soak it for 5 min or so to soften it enough for the bearded dragon to be able to eat it, but it will dry out by the end of the day, so I would either spray some water on it or toss it at that point. No food should be left over night in a dragon den, so I couldn't say if it would last longer than a day.

Q: Is it okay to feed only this alone in a bearded dragon's diet?

No, still feed crickets and melworm, veggies and/or fruite

Q: How long does it last?

We have a baby bearded dragon, got him at 4 weeks in April and we still have about 1/4 of the jar left. We also feed 5-7 crickets per day and leafy greens. I hope that helps.
