I was a bit skeptical of this at first, but it actually works really well! I have very thin hair, and it's especially thin around my scalp. I used this and it blended into my hair just about perfectly. You can't tell there is powder there. It is easy to rub off your skin, but it seems to stick well to the hair until you wash it out. It comes with a puff applicator that is screwed into the bottom of the container. You simply dab it into the powder and then onto the areas on your scalp you want to cover. I am super pleased with how it applies and looks when it's on.

It does cover bald thinning hair but I just don't like it when you touch your scalp the powder sticks to your fingers. But all in all the product is helpful in concealing thinning hair and gray hair. I give it a 4 stars!!

This powder comes in a small jar with a sponge applicator and a mirror, which makes it very convenient to take on the go. The attached mirror is small and therefore not the easiest to use, but it will do in a pinch. The sponge applicator works best to fill in thinning hair or bald spots, but I think a brush may work better to give a more natural finish if you are trying to cover up roots. Overall, it’s a useful product in a convenient small size, and I would recommend it.

I've used products like this before, and they really do help to camouflage areas of scalp with sparse hair coverage. This one is a bit darker than the dark brown of other manufacturers, but it works for me. The container is really unique: I like the little sponge puff attached to the bottom of the container - it is very compact and it stays with the product.

I'm losing my hair and I'm not happy about it :( I try and hide it with my hair but the patches of baldness are getting more and more and the hair can't cover them all so this is a blessing I apply it and it now looks like I have thick hair again. I just apply it to each area and then style my hair, I was wearing it back to hide the spots around the top of my head but with this powder I can wear my hair down and it just looks like my hair is thicker underneath. Great product it stays as I use hairspray to style my hair after application and it washes away easily. Good price good size jar so a great value and just easy to use.

My hair color is much lighter than the color of this product yet it still blended in so well with my color and offers excellent gray root coverage that doesn't run even if you get caught in the rain. It is fast and easy to apply, though clean up can be a bit messy if you aren't paying attention. I use a small makeup brush to apply it any gray hair(s) that I might find in the hair framing my face, as the applicator that came with it is just a bit to large for fine details and can end up on your face. This is an excellent product!

I need something between salon trips to cover grays, particularly in the back of my head where there's a noticable cow lick. Once the cow lick area goes gray, it looks like I have a bald spot. This is an incredibly convenient and inexpensive means of touching up between hair dye jobs. The little compact is perfect and the applicator sponge that screws out of the bottom is fantastic compared to other dye powders with brush application. The best part is the cost! I've seen root touch up powders that can cost $30+. This is a fantastic value and works very similarly.
