Been taking this for a week and there is noticeable difference in my appetite. I don’t crave foods like I used to and only eat in small portions. I can say if you don’t want to be skinny don’t take it. Can I tell you in less than a month I lost 28 pounds. I use to weigh 228 pound and am now 200 pound. This pill work fast, no side effect calm on your stomach. And work grate.

Been using this for a few months, It does suppress your appetite and help you lose weight. I do feel some energy, but not like jittery or nothing like that. I gave it four stars cause I ordered a few boxes and they all expire like in 1 month. So I will be taking expired pills. Not happy about that! The price was good, probably cause they are about to expire.

I didn't see really any results with this. Maybe it helped a little with energy but nothing to noticeable. Their easy to swallow.

I have been using this product for about 3 months now and I've lost 11 pounds and I'm not as hungry. I dont have any xtra energy though that i noticed but I've always been pretty active so idk. Ive had no side effects that are negative. I give it a 5 ⭐️ . Im very happy. , however WHY did the price go from 7.50 per bottle to 29.99.??? NOT happy with that at all.!!! Bought this to try and boost my energy and make me feel less fatigued. This did not work for this purpose. It also gave me a constant stomach ache and a very dry mouth. Would not recommend. Update: not only did this give me a constant stomachache, it also caused horrific cramps in my legs and feet and also caused a very bad dry mouth. I am still trying to recover from all of this. Will never trust any product from Nature’s Bounty again. This should not be for sale.

I went into this cautiously optimistic and skeptical at the same time But after a week I have lost 7 lbs and can see it in my waistline. Im actually shocked, I have tried other supplements and metabolism boosters but nothing has matched the rate of progress this has. The best part? I have only made sure to get my daily minimum of steps in according to my fitness app and that is all. 😳 My appetite is lower and my energy feels a bit above the normal so far Some GI upset the first few days but it has lessened I don’t know what else to say, I am shocked how fast it has worked thus far. If it continues like this I will report back. It is worth trying!! Especially for the price. I also like the natural ingredients.
