I find this device to be excellent for managing the security of your house..It can be easily deployed without any wiring and the chime unit works very well even when it is located on another floor inside the house. I have this unit operating outside my house and even with lower wifi range it is working well.The most fascinating thing is the outdoor unit can open door locks remotely..I have 2 suggestions to make this product even better:1. The application interface should be made simpler and should allow users to configure what the options on the screen when door bell rings on the mobile phone (due to this complexity my family is not comfortable using the interface).2. The Relay remains active for a very long duration to unlock the door.. I suspect this can burn out the door lock relay soon.Edit:The Video stopped working after a month.Raised a Ticket - waited for 3 weeks and no one bothered to respond from Support.While it worked somewhat for a month - but now it is a block without Video.. Real waste of money.No support, raised support tickets twice but no one cares to respond..My take is to select companies which care about their customers, seems the Movie actors who own this brand GM, care least about supporting the faulty products they sell..

Recently purchased the GM modular doorcam and I have been extremely impressed with its performance.First and foremost, the installation process was very straightforward. It took me just a few minutes to mount the camera and connect it to my Wi-Fi network. The included instructions were easy to understand, and the camera came with all the necessary tools for installation.The video quality of the GM doorcam is exceptional. It records in 1080p HD, providing clear and sharp images. The camera also has a wide field of view, allowing me to see everything happening at my front door. While selling they didn't show what is missing in this camera. They didn't provide the chargeable battery with battery we cannot install this camera and now we are struggling to find battery and charger and no installation service by company in Udaipur. They didn't provide proper installation manual too. We still struggling to install camera with no success. It's our mistake we should buy another product and go with big name like Godrej etc. etc.

Product is good but after some time1) its human body detector is not work properly2)after select continue recording only recording selective part3)vision converted into blue tone4)camera quality is also not upto mark

I have been looking for a video doorbell since a while and finally got my hands on the GM smart video doorbell. It’s so easy to install by yourself and gets activated within minutes.Super happy with the camera quality. Has Ai feature that also detects human presence and you get notified. The design is super sleek and light as well.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a video doorbell.

The video feed was fine for a couple of days, but it soon started showing weird colours. Reset the device multiple times. But it did not solve the issue. Now the video feed has stopped working completely & just shows a black screen with just audio recording.

The configuration between bell and camera was a challenge initially, later fixed. Got a damaged piece on bell but Amazon exchange it timely.. canara losses connection to wifi and reconfigures after few occasions..I've connected through adaptor, the rest thro usb and battery is waste and costly to and has hassle of charging batteries.Quality is good so far... Motion detector is sharp..Problem is you can't change the tone of phone notification . Only bell sounds can be changed

This product is not seems very goodBut it shows lot of flaws like live video won’t work,Camera starts to full white screen as i shared one pictureI’m a architect…bought for my houseWasted my money… no service,there is no help from gm group also
