I found the Kitchari to be very satisfying for a quick meal with beet hummus and a puree of carrots, potato and celery root! iThe Kitchari was fluffy and tasty, mildly flavored. i love indian food and did not know about Kitchari!

Divya's Balanced Kitchari is a perfect, healing food for anyone especially when you don't know what nutrients your body needs. The grains, lentils and spices are perfectly balanced and easy to digest. I like to use my rice cooker on the white rice setting and remove it immediately after it's done or it can be made in a pot on the stove in about twenty minutes. This tastes exotic but it's very mild and comforting.

I do wish these were bigger, but other than the size everything’s great tastes amazing

I didn’t expect it to genuinely be so tasty!!!! Especially with veggies. Amazing. Only that packet is so tiny.
