Easy to work, as food just slides off. Clean up is a breeze. Pan is heavy and should be durable if the teflon doesn't scratch.

This pan feels sturdy and easy to clean, but arrived slightly bent out of shape due to the packaging (it was loose in a much larger box and probably got thrown around a bit during shipping. This isn’t a huge issue, except that the lid doesn’t fit properly due to the bent shape.It’s not a huge issue, especially for the price, so I’m going to keep it. However, improving the packaging would definitely help so that the lid can actually cover the pan properly.

I got this cookware a few weeks ago and I have been using it every single day! It is incredible for the price I paid. It's a wok-like cookware. I made eggs scrambled, sunny side up, over easy with very little oil and they all came out perfect. I stir fried Chinese vegetables with tofu and chicken with little oil and it turned out great! I pan seared fish fillets with hardly any oil and the fish did not stick to the pan. I could not believe it! I used it to heat up soup, left overs, and made poached eggs. I love the size of this pan, not too deep and not too shallow. It's perfect for everyday healthy cooking. It is so sturdy and well belt and heats evenly. This has to be the best wok/saute/frying pan/pot all in one I have ever bought!Thank you Chef's Star for making such a great product. You make cooking and cleaning easy!!! I got this as a gift for my daughter. I used her frying pan one day and everything stuck to the bottom of it. I immediately went on Amazon and researched frying pans. After reading all the reviews on several pans, I decided on the chef`s star 11 inch frying pan. She loves it and it definitely meets all her needs. She loves the extra handle, the lid and the fact that it is deep. I did not tell her I was getting her a new frying pan, just that she was getting a surprise in the mail. She's a single mom with a baby and works full time. I have the privilege of babysitting for her. So anytime I can make her life a little easier, I help her out. She said she cried when she opened the package. So thank you chef`s star for making my daughter`s life a little easier.

Only about a week into the purchase, used a couple times. Non-stick is amazing Its thickness is good. The glass top is nice handle feels secure and sturdy. It's also quite easy to clean because of the non-stick which is really nice. I recommend this for the price and will update if I have any problems in the future.

We needed a larger pan for fixing stir fry and other dishes. We found this one and decided to try it. It is beautiful and functional. It's just the right size for cooking up the meal we are planning to start eating healthier. The surface heats up evenly and cooks evenly. It also cleans up without fuss. I don't know if it would go in the dishwasher, but we never put pans like this in a dishwasher, but do them by hand and that keeps it looking better.The cover is nice and fits well though we don't use it a lot. I like the 2 handles on it especially since I have a problem with my grip. With the 2 handles, I can lift it off the burner easily and safely.Love this pan and glad we got it. I would recommend it to others.

Oh how I wanted to give this 5 stars because the weight and balance are perfect for me. I love the extra handle which enables me to lift and move it easily. The high sides are just dreamy because food doesn't flip over the edge as I cook. I'm sad that the outside of the pan had two small nicks in the black paint because I wanted a perfect one. Because I needed to use it the night I bought it, I just went ahead washed and used it. Doesn't affect the use of it at all.

I am totally surprised - this is a terrific pan - now my favorite to use for all types of cooking from blueberry pancakes to pork chops. My only 2 complaints are: 1) the hole in handle to use for hanging is too far into the handle so that it doesn't fit on my display hooks, so I hang it upside down by the hand hold handle, 2) I often cook with 3 or even 4 burners going on my stove and the pan is so big with the hand hold handle that it hard to find the right angle on the stove to keep the hand hold away from heat from other the burners. Never-the-less, it is a terrific non-stick pan and I love using it and even love cleaning it!!!

I ordered this pan to replace a Tefal one which had lost its nonstick coating over time. I was delighted to find this one was even better than the previous, much used pan. The size was more generous and the glass lid enabled me to keep an eye on the food being cooked. I made a rice dish which I make regularly for my family and can only say it was cooked to perfection. It seemed to keep the food very moist. Very happy with my purchase.

Used it straight away on the day it arrived. Prompt delivery and packaging was all good. I made a dish with mushrooms, diced onion and garlic, tomatoes, broccoli, poached chicken and cream. As soon as I started using the pan I loved it. Its so deep I easily fitted my ingrediants in it. It developed the heat straight away and the food was frying within seconds which I loved. But then, as I put the lid on the pan, everything was bubbling in just a minute. I thought this is good - I'm saving electricity here! So now its into the dishwasher and all done like new. Its a 5 out of 5 from me. Brilliant and I thoroughly recommend this pan!

It is a good frying pan for the price ,a bit bigger than I expected, but is good for a good size meal for a family of four.I cooked with it and is very good.P.S. After some time of using this pan ,my advice is to try something else. This is not original frying pan like they try to say it is. Don't waist your money on it.

Size is fantastic for cooking meals for four hungry adults. Extra handle on front of pan is a real help when lifting. Washes easily. Hardest part is instructing all family to use plastic/ wooden utensils to ensure this pan lasts and lasts. I would recommend you buy this if have a larger family with healthy appetites or if you cook in bulk.

This pan had given good service until the metal base suddenly separated and twisted during use on my induction hob (scratching it in the process). Up until this point I was a very good frying pan but, clearly, it was also a ticking bomb. Beware!
