Totally lemon juice.
I had a surprise as I expected this to be the diluted form of lemon juice. The bottle contains neat virtually pure lemon juice. I can think of many ways that this surpasses the usual bottled lemon juice.. There is no mention of an expiry date on the bottle which is now in the fridge. I can add natural lemon juice to cooking and meals, or drinks, without the hassle of squeezing fresh lemons, or watching them deteriorate . This is now a valued item in my fridge.
