NO color or tint. Chapstick consistency
Has absolutely NO color!! Can’t even see a shade on my lips. It should be marketed as a chapstick. Feels good on my lips but that’s it. Cannot be used as a topper for other colors because it makes actual color lipsticks bleed and come off. Do not recommend.
