It works great
you may need an air pump for bicycle or similar, because the pump they provide is hard to use, or at least it gave me some trouble, but I had my own pump and it was very easy tu inflate with that

good quality for 1/2 the price
The 25" ball is the perfect size. The rubber seems like it will hold up to abuse. The directions stink and do not give a inflation pressure. This page says no more than 20 cm, I used a ruler and level. the pump was tossed immediately as it was useless. I broke the tip off and used it on my shop compressor. The packaging comes with a workout card and 3 yellow inflation port plugs. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a bosu style ball

Quality material
Made to last, easy to inflate/deflate. Only compliant is I wish the bands it comes with had more resistance

This is not as advertised. It does not have resistance bands.
I ordered this product, and sent it back the same day because it did not have the resistance bands or instructions for inflating. Two days later I received a replacement with the same problems. I decided to try to inflate as best I could. There are two outputs on the pump -- one blue and one red. I tried both, and decided that the blue was the air out. I think that red is air in for deflation, but am not certain. By a process thorough examination, I decided that the air input is center bottom. Instructions would have been helpful. The pump is puny and difficult to use. The website labels it a "foot pump." It does not matter whether you pump with foot or hand. The leverage is small, and the number of presses are many. When I got the product to a reasonably full inflation. The next problem is to remove the pump input and retain air pressure. The product has not valve at the input to hold air. I discovered by removing the pump, and observed the air flow out. The product came with three orange plastic cones that are probably inserts to hold the air in. If I had more patience, I would have pumped up the product again, removed the pump valve and inserted the plastic cone as quickly as possible. If you do not do this quickly, you will lose air.I returned the replacement the following day. There must be better products available. This is like the Pilates version that I use in my Pilates class, but to use this product you must be able to inflate it reasonably easily, hold the air in after done inflating, and have the resistance bands advertised by with the product. I tried twice and gave up.
