edit: This might be the fastest response I got from the from the seller after I emailed them a day ago about my unfortunate product. They immediately sent me a new one and was very polite and apologetic. This is how everything should be handeled, professionally. I recommend! the first rotation is fine, but after the movement switches to counter-clockwise, the massager just stops working. turns out I'm one of unlucky ones but good thing seller reached out to me fast!

I ordered this massager and loved how strong it is so much that I went to order another one and it has been out of stock ever since. When trying to order I am given a message to order another one the is IDENTICAL in appearance however it is FAR INFERIOR to this original one. Do not order the recommended replacement product. While it looks the same it is not as strong and if you put any weight on it, it jams and makes a loud noise.

Wow - this is fantastic! Easy & quick to set up, and boy, does it pack a punch! I suffer from stress and tension which I hold in my back and shoulders, and was a little sceptical at just how effective this massager would be, but it's honestly amazing. It massages deep into the muscle, and I was only sitting in a chair, leaving back on it gently. It seems to reach all the right places, under the shoulder blade, etc. The different directions of the massage tips reach different muscles and sometimes one direction feels more effective than the other. I can imagine this would be perfect to do pre-bedtime, to really relax you. The only reason I originally gave four and not five stars was because there is a click coming from the left side of the massage tips, which detracts a bit from the relaxing nature of it, but also makes me wonder if there is something catching as it rotates, since the other side doesn't do this. But it is incredibly effective as a massager and it only arrived an hour ago! I highly recommend it! Addendum: I have since bought another one for a friend, who absolutely loves it.

I really like the flatter design of this over my old massager. The old massager was very bulky and hard to use on a lot of areas of my back. This design is a lot easy to place down and lay back on. The only thing I don't like about it is the power/control buttons are on top and sooo often I lay back start to enjoy and bam it shuts off because I accidentally hit the power button. Some days when it gets really annoying when trying to work my lower back. I have to find akward positions to keep from laying on the buttons. I just don't know why they though it a good idea to put push buttons right were your going to put pressure for use. Just am idea if their reading but either put them more to the side or even better make the controls on the cord so they can be totally out of the way.

Love everything about this product! At first I had my doubt if it would help my stiff neck and back shoulder blade pain. After a week of use, all the pain slowly went away. I've been using different kinds of pain pills that my doctor told me to take, and exercises but none ever worked. Using it once a day with the automatic settings that stop after 10-15 minutes is good enough. Had my co-workers test it and they bought themselves one each. Would definitely recommend!
