This shake has a great flavour and really fills you up, diet or no diet this is a great product 🤩

Very pricey….as often said!
Price of these has shot up over the last year or so from £15 to over £20 for 14 servings. These new ones in the cardboard tubes are subject to damage on delivery. My cookies and crème tastes OK but package arrived with a big gash at the bottom. Couldn’t calculate how much powder was missing but it was leaking and Amazon refunded me anyway.
