Padders super comfort slippers

Take care with sizing
These are OK. I bought them as I knew Padders had a good reputation and in the hope that they would be a comfortable pair of indoor/outdoor easyfit shoe to accommodate one of my feet for a few weeks which is still a little swollen following a recent operation. Initially I was fairly pleased as they are quite soft and the memory foam footbed is nice. However after a few days wear I found the shoe too big in length (compared with a size 5 in another of my shoes) and the straps uncomfortable.as they don't cross the foot in the correct part of the foot as a consequence. If I push my foot forward this is corrected but then of course there is a large gap behind my heel and the back of the shoe which is obviously no good. To make the situation worse, the footbed is not quite wide enough at the toe joint area either as the shoe shelves off too sharply and the strap digs in despite the flexible fabric. Other observations: the back of the shoe is higher than most and more roomy than normal - fine perhaps if you have fatter ankles/feet than I do. I would also add that these shoes are not 'fur-lined' in the normal sense of the term.even though they are soft.

Excellent (BUT)
It ticked all the boxes for my wife who has had her big toe amputated but there was one small niggle. The brand label on each shoe seemed to protrude a bit and was very annoying whilst walking. A small sharp pair of scissors and 10 mins making sure every bit of material was removed solved the problem. Does one need to put something so obtrusive on the sole of the shoe when your brand label is big enough on the exterior (Free Advertising) and no one can see it when it is being worn.

I love these slippers but the the straps could have done with being a bit longer. Hence only the 3 stars. I suffer from swollen feet and if I am wearing socks then the straps are only just long enough to close securely. I would love to have given the slippers a full 5 star rating as they are extremely soft and so comfortable to walk around in.If you don't suffer from very swollen feet I really do recommend these, as they are a pleasure to wear. Sometimes I forget I am wearing anything on my feet at all.

Excellent adjustability.
I bought these for my elderly mother who has swollen, mis-shapen feet and needs good support and adjustability in a slipper. They are an excellent fit and she feels safe walking in them. They are extremely comfortable and so easy for her to put on as she can open them right out and just place her foot in. They are well worth the price as the quality is top notch.

Really comfortable sandals used as slippers around the house
My second pair. The first pair of these wide fitting sandals lasted just over a year which I wore continually around the house as slippers don't give the support I need. Just the soles began to wear out but it was better to discard the old ones before I tripped up! However, I did wear washable insoles to keep them fresh, otherwise they may not have lasted as well or as long as they did. Just hoping this second pair lasts as long. They are really comfortable, adjustable and give a lot of support.

Loved them but split already :(
Absolutely loved these, they are very comfortable but the lining has started to split, I've only been wearing them as slippers so for a few hours in the evening for 5 weeks :( Just outside the window to return them of course. Great but not worth 25
