Definitely reduced strain the in arm (I think about it a lot less anyway), I still some minor aches in hand and arm so it doesn't completely resolve everything.

Having been wary of the 'odd looking' vertical mouse I tried it when I started suffering with arthiritis as I needed to use a keyboard at work. I would never look back, it is so comfortable and easy to use.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. Used to suffer with RSI which physiotherapy had failed to cure, but within about 4 weeks of using this mouse I no longer have the problem.

This mouse is fabulous as a product but I'm waiting for instructions on how to return this particular product, as - sadly - it doesn't work. A fault in the battery compartment, can't even get the mouse to power up.
