Gave only four stars because these were too deep (wide?) to fit me. I could not wear them because the inside edge poked up into the neck area of my clothing. Not designed for someone with narrow shoulders, it seems.

So cheap and the velcro piece that is supposed to attach to your bra strap arrives loose and unattached which means YOU HAVE TO SEW THEM ONTO THE SHOULDER PADS YOURSELF. If I wanted a DIY project, I would’ve gone to Hobby Lobby or Michael’s. They already fell apart on first use. Only worthy of the trash.
