Works fine
My son needed these for his swimming club. Works fine, no complaints. They do come with the green paddles and the black straps separate. Setting these up when they first arrived was a bit tricky for me as I’ve never seen these things in real life before and didn’t know how to attach the straps onto the paddle. Watching some YouTube videos solved the issue and I was then able to do it for my son.

Really good but not permitted in public swimming pools
This is a really good product after using them for about 100m of a recent swimming session. However, as they are not bendy I was informed they are not allowed to be used in public swimming pools. Tbh, it makes sense as you would know if one hit you on the body.

Good paddles, rubber finger loops awkward to fit
Not bad finger paddles, nice bright colour and do the job - although the rubber bits for your fingers are fiddly to pull through the holes and very long so lots of trial and error to get them to fit properly before snipping to length.

As an oldie lap swimmer was a bit reluctant at first and thought these may cause undue stress on the shoulders like other hand paddles and that they may come off when swimming. Have tried them about half a dozen times and would now recommend them to those that are looking for an alternative to hand paddles and possible injury. Great simple design with extra rubber which can be cut off and used later. Very pleased with this product.

These are just what I needed, you can work on technical things plus create more pull with these. These are also good sized paddles to work on your breaststroke pull.
