Since a good two years I have had terrible back pain, mainly because my back has been weak. I had a slipped disc, then chipped disc, that got healed and then my disc started moving again, hitting my nerves, damaging my nerves causing me pain and putting my back in spasm and then disc would move back into position. I have really high metabolism so I don't put on much weight resulting to my back being weak but this belt has changed my life and with such a small price. gives me amazing support, keeps my back strong, posture correct and now my back is improving when physio didn't help but the back belt did! I bought this because i work in an office all day in an unsuitable chair for my size. Being quite small i struggle to find supports that actually do up around me and i found the small to be a perfect fit! Although it is quite long, i feel like it needs to be to get proper support. It fits fine under clothes and works well the correct my posture. I cant say if it helps with back pain or not yet as i haven't had it very long, but it definitely supports the back!! Would recommend.

Its ok if you do mot move enough. If, for example, you need to stay in sitting position in front of the computer while working. But if you want to use it while working out, it doesn’t hold for longer than few movements.

Came quickly. Only been wearing for a few days and my back pain is so much better. Feels supportive and it's pretty comfortable to wear for long hours. My error was I didn't check dimensions and at only 5"1it is too long in the body for me, so it bunches up and it needs rearranged a lot, but that's a minor annoyance. This is an absolute bargain from benefit I've had from it though, considering I nearly spent 30 pounds on high street. Velcro fastening is secure. Really pleased with it.

The adjustable neoprene Double Pull Lumber Support Lower Back Belt Brace small 22-27. is great I only wish that I had ordered the medium size, I am only a small person and I thought that the small size would be fine. but over the past few days, it is too tight over my ribs. so I have ordered a narrow belt in a medium size.Apart from that, the first belt was great and a very good price, I just thought that I would benefit from a narrow belt.

Too small and doesn't stay in the plug hole when I pour any water into the sink. It just moves out and lets everything in. Too lightweight.

Perfecto, es como y facil de poner, no recomendado ponerlo durante todo el dia, si te duele la espalda hay que ir al medico,?esta bien para cuando te duele un poco la espalda y hacerla descarsar.

Durante la settimana soffro spesso di pesanti mal di schiena, provocati credo in grossa parte da una postura scorretta mentre lavoro (è il caso di dire che pur di riuscire a concentrarmi, quasi entro dentro al PC...)Da quando ho preso l'abitudine di indossare questa fascia nel corso della giornata va decisamente meglio!Tra l'altro il suo essere molto contenitiva aiuta anche a trattenere la panza che mi spunta fuori il lunedì dopo i bagordi del fine settimana, e non è mica poco!!! 😀 Consigliatissima! ;)

A parere mio, questo busto calza a pennello. Oltre a leviare il dolore alla schiena e fartelo proprio passare, ha anche l'effetto di tonificare e rendere più visivi gli addominali. Molto fiero di aver fatto questo acquisto. Consiglio a chiunque voglia tonificare gli addominali oppure chiunque abbia mal di schiena.

La fascia è della taglia giusta, bisogna però stare attenti quando la si ordina alle esatte misure. Mettendola su dà davvero sollievo alla schiena e aiuta molto soprattutto se si fa movimento o attività che mettono la schiena a dura prova. Io trovo gran sollievo dato che ho mal di schiena cronico, essendo affetta da uncortrosi e spondiloartrosi. Consigliata a chi ha dolori lombari.
