Mouse infestation gone after two days of use!
I have a small farm property surrounded by commercial raspberry fields on three sides of my property. I have LOTS of mice around and now that the weather has turned colder, my shop building turned into the local mouse condo complex. The shop has sliding barn doors so it doesn't seal out the ability for bugs and mice/rats to make home in the shop. Within a few days the floor of the shop looked like someone had thrown sand all over the ground when it was thousands of mice droppings! I cleaned out the shop completely and set up Dropcams so I could observe the mice behavior while trying to come up with a plan to get rid of them. I first tried circular mouse traps that close shut with the mouse inside but they did not work. I tried sticky traps with limited success. I tried poison blocks but the same mouse would come back night after night to eat from the block (he had a strange kink in his tail so I could tell it was the same mouse). I finally purchased two Sania Pest Repellers after reading the reviews. I plugged one in my shop and one in my house near the back door (as a preventative measure to keep mice from coming in the house). I immediately noticed a change in the mouse behavior in the shop. They walked around without any interest in the poison bait, no interest in food in general. Instead of running around the shop they were slowly walking and seemed actually confused. Instead of climbing up on the work benches and shelves, they stayed on the floor. After two nights with the Sania plugged into the shop, the mice were gone. I went from having a mouse party headquarters to no mice in two days! No mess to clean up either which is a major bonus (who really LIKES to kill mice?) We had also had a very bad issue with mosquitos by our back door since we keep a back porch light on at night. Every time we would open the door, about 10-15 mosquitos would come in the house. My wife mentioned that suddenly there are no mosquitos at the back porch door and there hasn't been any for 5 days now.......right where I had plugged in the other Sania device to keep the mice out! So, I just purchased 4 more (for my other outbuilding, my garage and two other stories of my home). I am convinced this little devices works well. The directions are lacking but you just plug it in, put it on "variable" setting and let it go to work! Excellent

Worked for Me
I have a home office on the first floor. Our bedroom is right above me. Every single evening I could hear all sorts of noise above my head as the mouse family moved around and did its tasks in the layer between the bedroom and my office. It was quite loud. I could thump on the ceiling, etc. and it would barely bother them. This went on for a full month. It became incredibly distracting.I got this device and plugged it into the outlet in my bedroom.THAT VERY NIGHT the noises subsided. They didn't go away completely at first. It can take a while for mice to figure out just where they are being "annoyed". So it's not that the noises vanished the first night. They definitely were less, though. And over the coming days the noises reduced, reduced, until at last the mice moved elsewhere.I'm not sure that one outlet would protect an entire house. That would seem a lot to me. And I don't think people should expect that they plug it in and the mice immediately vanish. Mice have routines and patterns. But I do think, if you put this near a group of mice, that over time it will drive them out of that area. It definitely worked for me.

Great if aimed correctly; otherwise not so good
I gave this 5 stars because it's working perfectly for us, but read on. We figured out from their droppings that they were coming up from behind the stove in the kitchen. We have an electrical outlet above and 2 feet to the right of the stove, so we plugged it in there. The mice ignored it and kept on coming up for their nightly meals. So I bought a short extension cord and aimed the unit behind the stove. That was 2 weeks ago, and no droppings anywhere. So my advice is to aim this device at the space where the critters are entering. (They're really cute, though.)

Garbage, Garbage, Garbage!!
Junk. This thing did not work at all. I plugged it in and three days later I caught a mouse the old fashioned way...using mouse traps. I thought the mice were supposed to stay away with this thing plugged in. I don't think it's doing anything at all. The instructions say to give it time. I bought this and gave it time...too much time, and now it's too late to return it because I called myself giving it a fair chance to work, and now it's too late to do anything about it!! We even caught another mouse with a mousetrap about a month after this thing has been sitting there plugged in doing nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR MICE!!! Misleading product!!

Worked for me!
My next door neighbor has been gone a lot for the past year and a few field mice got in his condo and one chewed threw into my side. In my panic, I received a recommendation from a friend that these devices actually work, so I immediately ordered them. I have not seen or heard any more evidence of any pests since the day I installed them. They are not cheap and flimsy, they have some weight to them. They are ready to use, so just plug them in and they do the work. I have just under 1000sf and I got two, one for the front of the house, and one in the back half. I have been pleasantly surprised!

not alternating ultrasonic with electromagnetic fields
In the past I purchased 3 of these because the ratings were good then. Now one of the three has stopped alternating the signals and the green and red lights remain on simultaneously with the green like fluttering a solid green. I have a claim in now on that one to see what they will do as purchased over a year ago, but I am reading alot that this happens to them. I decided to try to order two more new ones and right out of the box, the same thing is happening. Now I am reaching out to the owner and possibly Amazon for refund and trying a different brand. Sorry Sania!
