Fits lovely, quality great, cost is good value for money - I would say 154 is average 8-9-10yrs, 162 is average 10-11-12yrs
This is a lovely tracksuit and decent quality for the price paid. My son loves it and it was such good quality I went for various different colour schemes, and got smaller size for my younger son too - I found the 154 size fitted my 10 year old son who is in a standard 8-9yr clothes, with plenty of growth room still left in it, I found the 162 size fitted my 11 year old son who is in 11-12yr old clothes spot on, just the right amount of growth space so it fits nice but all depends on each child's growth spurts as to how long clothing fits nicely for. Hope this helps as a guide, as I was a little lost when trying to figure out what size to go with at first, so ordered 1 in each size to see how they fit and went from there.

Nice tracksuit though
Ordered 'age 11' for my 10-year old, 142 cm son. On arrival, way too small - label said 140cm but definitely a small 140cm.Nice tracksuit though!
