I’ve been taking this TUDCA supplement consistently, and I’ve noticed several positive changes. Purchased for my uncle who has been using it for almost a year, he is around 60 years old and he is happy with the outcome. He states it’s effective but could be little pricey.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I have a consistent problem with my digestive system wanting me to keep all my meals inside for several days (or longer). I have tried digestive enzymes, pre-probiotics, magnesium, Ashwagandha, extra caffeine, light laxatives like MiraLAX, Selenium, etc. I take two of these 30 minutes before I eat in the morning and I have coffee probably halfway through that time because I can’t wait and my coffee does have milk and cream. In 30 to 40 minutes I get to say goodbye to yesterday‘s meal. This is a godsend for me and Something that I will always have on stock. I love that this is made in the USA which makes me trust it more. I also love that this is lower price than many other products on the market. It also has more of a dosage than those other products. Though I do get free products for reviews, this is not one of them. I did research and found this one on my own! Nobody suggested this brand to me, nor did I records any kind of incentive. This is 100 % my experience and my money.

Honestly, after using TUDCA daily, my issues with my liver were gone within 30 days. For months I had problems with post-meal pain, but that’s gone. My bloodwork showed dramatically improved liver enzymes, my doctor was impressed and had asked me what had changed and took me off my restrictions in my diet. I took this as recommended daily for a month and everything has been better ever since, I wrote this post now, which is months afterwards to see if the pain or my test results would change back prior to taking it and it hasn’t. For me, it's been a simple, powerful boost to my overall health and digestion. Highly recommend this product and hopefully it will work as well as it has for me.

For me this supplement is magic. I have tight shoulder muscles (right where the shoulder meets the neck) and this supplment just realeases it almost completely. Makes my headaches lessen and muscles a bit more flexible and less likely to pull them. I also believe this supplement helps my body absorb other vitamins and minerals much more efficiently. I can't live properly without taking this. N9t sure how it works for others but this supplememt and adding L. Reuteri greatly improved my quality of life. Capsule is a decent size and easy to take, has a white color to it. Definetly not horse sized pill. Easy to swallow, has no smell that i can discern and no weird after taste. For me its works quickly within an 1 -2 hours i cam feel my muscles relax quite a bit. Works quickly (at least for me) With anything ymmv with this. But for me its a must have every day item (i usually take it 3 - 4 days with a 1 - 2 day break, anymore then that break and my muscles go back to tight and painful, also stops this annoying twitch in my foot that just goes for days (one of charly horse type cramps twitches but just above the arch of my foot near my big toe, super painful) 100% reccommend this item. But take it with caution and know what it does and why you would take it.
