Fleshes out the base game. A good expansion, adds to variability without adding too much complexity.

This adds Upgradable Phase Cards, Milestones, Awards and card tags, plus new project and corporation cards to allow upgrading phase cards and some cards with space for variable tags. All are great features although the card tags are tiny and fiddly.
