I've been using this product for some years. It's absolutely brilliant. If I feel I'm coming down with something, I take several capsules before I go to bed, and it usually nips things in the bud.

Brilliant product, take daily if I’m good health as a maintenance dose. If feeling Unwell or have an infection or flu, increase dose and take 10 daily. I recommend this potent product to all. It’s powerful and effective.

These are great garlic tablets. Good service and fast delivery.

I've taken this for years and find it very helpful. But why, oh why do they sometimes package it in blister packs? I make up my supplement doses in little ziplock bags a week at a time, but have to spend ages getting the capsules out of the blister packs. Applause for good intentions that the blister packs are now recyclable (though not in the county I live in) but the materials used most recently make it virtually impossible to get the capsules out of the packs. the backing is now quite soft and tough, hard to get through with a finger nail and hard to pop the capsule out of, so I had to use a knife, but there are no markings on the back to indicate where the capsules actually are, so it's easy to try to cut into the wrong place. I will never order blister packs again!!! I only did this time because the pricing was cheaper that way at the time. So silly.

I love this product, it doesn't leave you with the garlic smell like many other products I have tried, and it is very effective. I would surely reccomend this item.

I would recommend this project to reduce blood pressure it works well.
