While no match for a good DE razor and blade, these work okay where compactness and travel are factors. Three blades - who on earth needs 47 blades and a face like a used rugby pitch? Not my preferred way of shaving, but a lightweight alternative to brush, cream, DE handle and blade when travelling. There are alternatives, but nasty, and Gillette is to be commended for having invented built in obsolescence more than a century ago.

These razorblades are my go to, having tried the more recent blades I have no hesitation in repeatedly buying these instead, I stock up when on offer. They are quality, functional and with no nicks or cuts when I use them. The cut is smooth and comfortable, with a perfect design on the blades. They last a fair amount of time also.
