I noticed I did feel better. Less aches or pains in the arm I wear it. Is this the band or coincidence? As described. Looks decent enough and subtle enough.

Bought it as a gift. Time will tell if it's works. Not suitable for thin wrists.

There is a high possibility this product contains radioactive elements. Do not purchase one. In the best-case scenario, it includes some harmless minerals, but at the end of the day, they should call It a placebo bracelet because I promise this physically does nothing to help you.

I wore these a lot in college and in high school for lifting performance & I would say they are still as good now. I do sleep better and I would agree that It helps with balance as I am not covered in bruises from bumping/ falling into things. I would recommend!
