Works with Teams
I bought this product because I needed a wireless, in-ear solution for meetings. These are great. The sound quality is very good and the built in microphone works well. I had a wired headset with a boom mic that was a hassle. This allows me to get a drink of water or whatever else without being chained to my desk/computer. Because these sit in your ear, they function to also block noise out better than on ear or even the old style circular ear buds. They come with a set of 3 different sized ear pieces to get the best fit. The adapter is a USB-C and you just plug it in and leave it. It's relatively small so it doesn't interfere too much. I would buy this again.

Bad for teleconferencing
For that price you’d think people will hear you well in meetings….not true! Microphone doesn’t catch your voice. Teleconference capability is less than what you expect from a low tier brand. Other models are better

Worth the Price for Work Use
Multipoint connectivity is great, works well with Teams, RingCentral, iOS, Windows. Can take calls on computer while listening to music from my phone, the music will stop and I can answer my call. Music resumes after the call ends. Worth the price, but works best for work calls when dongle is direct-connected to your device.

Personally, I think it’s overpriced.
The product works as it should. In Teams and Zoom, the microphone works well and cancels noise. However, it does not work properly with WhatsApp. If you’re not in a quiet environment while using WhatsApp, people won’t be able to hear you at all. It doesn’t matter whether you’re using a Galaxy or an iPhone 17 Pro Max.

One step forward, two steps back!
I'm so disappointed in this next iteration of Jabra earbuds aimed to help the mobile professional. First, let me preface my review by stating I've owned the Elite 75t as well as (currently) the Elite 85t, so that is the reference point for comparisons from my personal experience. Call clarity and quality over Zoom when connected to my work laptop via the USB C connection has a "tinny" quality to it; it's noticably less rich and full as the Elite 85t. It's actually quite distracting. Volume output using the same connection is significantly lower; where I find 28-30 in Windows is adequate for the 85t, the Evolve2 have to be double that to get the same output. This would be a huge problem on any calls where a participant is quieter than the others. I don't like the "muted"/"unmuted" audible confirmation that occurs even if someone is talking during a call (or if I am, for that matter). I have the voice feedback turned on for my 85t set, and they don't do this. It's extremely distracting. There are sporadic (what I would call) audible artifacts heard over the USB C connection when in use. I didn't test Bluetooth because the whole selling point of these was to get better battery life and further range using the new USB C connection instead of relying solely on BT. My biggest complaint: the fit and comfort of these is abysmal. Nowhere near as sleek and comfortable as the 85t. I attribute this primarily to the ovular shape of the 85t fit when compared to the traditional circular shape fit of these. This is a step in the wrong direction for comfort and a decent ear seal without causing wear fatigue. Battery life is stellar, but that doesn't matter to me when factoring-in all the other sacrifices Jabra appears to have made just to extend the battery life and range. I really wanted to like these, they are well-built. Unfortunately, for my use case they don't meet my QOL needs, and I wouldn't recommend them. It looks like I'll be buying a second pair of the 85t to use for work days with back to back calls since I can't usually get more than 4 hours out of those.

Works with Teams!
I bought these earbuds because I wanted a wireless solution for all the Teams meetings I have. I tried other wireless earbuds or head sets, but none of them were reliable with Teams. I could usually hear the meeting, but the mic never worked. I used a wired set for a while, which do work, but the wires got in the way while I tried to take notes. These work with Teams but you need to use them in a specific way and be aware of peculiarities with Teams. Before you launch the Meeting install the USB adapter - you MUST use this adapter, do not use the Bluetooth connection to your PC!! Next install one or both earbuds. Do not add a second earbud during the meeting if you started with one - you will lose the mic. If you walk away from your PC during a meeting and go out of range, you will lose the mic. Do not connect these earbuds to any other device besides the PC you plan to use it with. I had mine also connected to my phone for a short while and had intermittent issues with, you guessed it, the mic, during Teams meetings. I hate Teams in general, and hate the incompatibility with practically everything. I hate the way it drops me out of meetings occasionally or I lose audio totally during a meeting. And the list could go on. Never had these issues with WebEx or Zoom or GoToMeeting. But Teams is a whole different animal. Unfortunately it’s cheap, and bundled with MS 365, so many companies are adopting it.

Good for teams but not for music
Exceptional connections for teams and zoom calls hold charge for a long time . Noise cancelation is average look for some latest models, sound us good for only calls not good for listening to music or use with phones. Very comfortable and I picked up a unopened box hence got it for a good price

Great headset that works well in Stereo with Zoom and Teams
Bought this headset because my AirPods didn't work in Zoom and Teams on the Windows PC correctly. The sound that would come out from those would be mono if you wanted to use the microphone. This headset solves this problem. It works very well in Stereo both on the PC and on the phone. There's a catch though... in order to work properly you MUST install the Jabra software both on the phone and on the PC. Update the Firmware and it will work perfectly. I have been using for 3 days in several meetings and haven't had any issues. It has been working as expected. It also has spatial sound and works really well. NOTE: During meetings when you unmute yourself, the noise cancelling will be stopped. That's a limitation and there's no way around it. Once you mute yourself again, the noise cancelling is re-enabled.
