I bought a suck down machine, and it broke after just a few uses. It’s been in repair for over two months now, and they keep saying they’re waiting for parts from Brazil. The process is taking forever. I asked for a loaner unit, but they refused. The dealer only replies once a day, making communication very frustrating. Their customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your money buying anything from them. I even purchased Allstate insurance for extra protection, but it’s been useless because the product is still covered by the one-year manufacturer warranty. Overall, a horrible experience — never buy from them! They asked me to disassemble the machine and fix it myself — but am I a qualified technician? If I do that, it will void the manufacturer warranty!
